A narrow band, a name, and no borrowed certificate

What you can hold us to

A monitored point on the live floor. An alert when it leaves the band you set. A person who acknowledges it, stored by name, visible to the next shift on a phone or a desk. A floor map so ‘fridge 2’ is a place, not a label in a spreadsheet.

Those are the same behaviours the product describes for cold rooms and stores. A pharmacy, a distributor’s cage, a hospital store: the room is smaller and the band is tighter. The screen is the same screen.

What a regulator will not take from this page

We do not claim GDP, WHO prequalification, ISO 17025, or any other certificate. We do not claim the software is validated against a particular annex. If your quality agreement needs a supplier questionnaire, ask us for it. We would rather send a short honest answer than a logo.

The audit log is append-only for 365 days and exports as CSV. Temperature records stay on the batch, and the plant can produce a PDF compliance report. The sample log shows the columns of that report. It is labelled as a sample because the lot on the page is not a real delivery.

A first cage, not a chain

Start with the store that would hurt if it drifted over a weekend. Name the band. Name the person who is allowed to acknowledge, and the person who reviews the log on Monday. When the link drops, the gateway buffers. Power backup in the room is your facility question. A battery inside the gateway is not a published specification.
