Floor
The number, before someone walks the corridor.
The Floor is the current reading for every monitored point, plus a priority queue and the areas that are running. It is the first thing a packhouse manager or a maintenance technician opens, including on a phone.
What the demo plant shows
The capture is the Demo food plant, labelled simulated telemetry. Sensors online, open alerts, production progress, and a priority queue: a vibration on the line, and energy warnings when a machine is stopped and still drawing power. Live operations list the areas — in this demo, Production, Cold Storage and Warehouse. Demo food plant at iot.factoraerp.com. Telemetry is simulated. Not a customer.
Signals on the floor
The floor shows temperature, humidity, door open or closed, process temperature, tank level, weight, a water meter, energy in kW, vibration in mm/s, and machine state: running, idle, stopped, fault, maintenance or offline.
The sensor catalog also includes dew point, CO2, pressure, flow, level, pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, moisture, water activity and Brix.
What this screen is not
OEE is its own view, with downtime Pareto and production events on the batch. The Process Line screen in the demo says OEE is not calculated there: it shows planned, produced, good and reject. On the Floor of that same demo, the OEE tile reads N/A. Trends for the week live on dashboards, which have a period control. The demo capture there is set to 7 days. That is the control, not a promise that 7 days is the only window. The audit log itself is kept for 365 days.
If the cloud link drops, the gateway buffers and syncs later. When the connection to the cloud drops, the gateway keeps readings and syncs them later. The screen shows a buffered count, and an operator can choose Sync now or Pause sync. That is store-and-forward for a dropped link. It is not a claim that a battery rides through a power cut. A tile can only show what has arrived.
