Command Center
One plant, or several, without a second spreadsheet.
Command Center is three views of the same records: executive, operations and engineering. Sites can be compared. Each site has a health score. The export is CSV, the same way the audit log exports.
Operations
The shift. Production, open alerts, and the handover. Copilot can draft that handover from this plant’s production, downtime, energy, maintenance and alerts.
Engineering
The machines: vibration, state, downtime. OEE and the Pareto live with the batch. Engineering does not have to wait for operations to paste a number into chat.
Shift handover
Shift handover is a document the next person can open, not a verbal “it was quiet”. One copilot prompt is “Generate shift handover”. Another is “Generate daily brief”. Answers use this plant's production, downtime, energy, maintenance, and alerts. Advice only.
More than one site
Multi-site comparison and a site health score are how a group looks across plants without adding the floors up by hand. CSV export from Command Center is the file you can hand to someone who is not signed in. The audit log is append-only and kept for 365 days. A plant can export it as CSV. Command Center exports CSV as well.
The screenshots elsewhere on this site are one demo plant, “Demo food plant”, with simulated telemetry. They are not a customer, and they are not a multi-site rollout.
