A reading that meets the maintenance job, not another screen beside it
Plants do not suffer from a lack of screens. They suffer from a reading that never becomes a job, and a job that never becomes a cost. FactoraERP IoT holds the floor, the work order and the batch cost in one sign-in.
The floor you can see
The live sensor floor shows current readings for every monitored point. The floor map shows where those points sit, which matters when the person on the radio is not the person who numbered the machines. Dashboards hold trends and KPIs for the Monday meeting. The device registry is the admin’s list of what is actually installed.
None of that requires you to believe a story about automatic maintenance. It is the published product. It works on a phone, which is where a supervisor already is.
The job we still have to show you
A high vibration, a stopped motor or a warm store becomes a work order someone owns, then time and spares on a cost. Maintenance already has the calendar, preventive plans, MTBF and maintenance cost. An alarm opens the job. Cost and finance stay linked to the batch.
Bring the failure you actually pay for. The example prices are drafts, not a reason to buy a higher column for a screen the cheaper column hides. We are not publishing a feature matrix.
Equipment you already own
Replacing a panel to get a dashboard is a bad trade. Connectors are MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, PLC and Gateway, plus HTTPS ingest. Brands stay off this site until a unit has been read. A homepage that says ‘500 protocols’ without a tested unit is how plants buy the wrong box.
When the cloud link drops, the gateway buffers and syncs later. A feeder trip that kills power to the gateway is a different test, and it is not claimed as a battery.

Bring the room names and the bands you already run. We will put them on the floor and say which commercial details on this site are still drafts.
