Integrations

The broker, the node, and the brand we will not print.

Connectors in the app are MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, PLC and Gateway, plus HTTPS ingest with a token. A PLC brand is a different sentence, and this page does not name one.

Inside FactoraERP

These are modules the parent product publishes. The ERP setting is FactoraERP, another ERP through an integration pack, or none. A plant does not have to replace its system to use the sensors. Batch temperature records, the work order an alarm opens, and cost on the lot are described on the ERP page.

On the wall

Connectors are MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, PLC and Gateway. MQTT subscribes to a broker. OPC-UA is mapped node by node, for example ns=2;s=Line1.Crusher.Temperature. Readings can also arrive over HTTPS with an ingest token.

The connector list includes PLC. No brand is named until a unit of that brand has been read. This site deliberately names no Siemens, Delta, Schneider, Allen-Bradley or any other badge. A brand goes on the page after a unit has been read, with the model and the node or register map.

The floor shows temperature, humidity, door open or closed, process temperature, tank level, weight, a water meter, energy in kW, vibration in mm/s, and machine state: running, idle, stopped, fault, maintenance or offline. The sensor catalog also includes dew point, CO2, pressure, flow, level, pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, moisture, water activity and Brix.

What to send the electrician’s photo of

  • The panel door open: brand, model, and whether it speaks Modbus, something else, or nothing you can see.
  • Any meter already in the room — energy, flow, temperature — and whether anyone trusts it.
  • The network port or the place a SIM would have to live, including who pays for data.
  • Whether the reading must stay on site. The host, the region, and whether an on-premise option exists are not confirmed for the IoT app.

Email a photo of the nameplate with the demo request. We would rather decline a protocol than discover it on site.
