Industries
Every industry is open.
Pick the factory type. Each page shows the numbers and the process for that plant, and each one takes a pilot request. Field agriculture opens FarmMate.
What you can rely on
- One plant, isolatedA factory only sees its own sensors. Each sensor has its own token.
- Vendor chosen laterHardware is described by role. The vendor is picked after the site survey.
- No public price listThe implementation is quoted for the site. This site does not publish prices.
- Demo stays labelledSample readings stay marked until a real gateway is commissioned.
Agro-processing
Tea, dairy and grain milling. Open one dashboard.
Agro-processing
A Kenyan CTC tea factory
Black tea, made the CTC way: green leaf arrives from buying centres and leaves as graded, packed made tea. This page is the proposed pilot. It is not a report of measured savings.
Agro-processing
Dairy
Raw milk stays cold, the hold tube stays at the legal temperature, and the finished store does not drift.
Agro-processing
Grain milling
Silo level, headspace humidity and the mill or oven line. The same dashboard covers a bakery when the plant bakes as well as mills.
Industry categories
- Agro-processingOpen · Tea, dairy, grain milling, silos and oil. The process is written stage by stage.
- Food & beverageOpen · Process lines, cold hold and packing, with the batch still in view.
- ManufacturingOpen · Machine state, energy, quality and traceability for process and discrete plants. The pilot programme is open.
- Energy & utilitiesOpen · Meters, transformers and generators, with billing and maintenance as the action.
- Cold chain & logisticsOpen · Reefer temperature, doors and location, with stock write-offs and delivery proof as the action.
- Smart buildingsOpen · HVAC, air quality, occupancy and leaks, with a facility work order as the action.
- WaterOpen · Level, flow, pressure and pumps, with a leak ticket as the action.
- Mining & heavy industryOpen · Equipment health on crushers, conveyors and remote power. Gas and dust stay with the detectors the site already uses.
- Healthcare & pharmaOpen · Mapped storage, clean rooms and controlled chambers. An excursion becomes a quality hold, not only a mark on a chart.
- AgricultureFarmMate · Open-field soil and livestock. A processing plant stays here.

- Edible oilsPress temperature, oil flow and the tank that is being filled. Cold rooms are left off unless the plant actually has one.
- Grain storageLevel, headspace climate and the dryer. A hot silo is a spoilage alarm, not a surprise at out-turn.
- Protected croppingCanopy climate and irrigation for a greenhouse. Open-field soil and livestock stay in FarmMate.
Food & beverage
Process lines, cold hold and packing, with the batch still in view.
- Food processingOne process line, the tank that feeds it, and the cold hold if the product needs one.
- BeverageBrewhouse heat, fermenter jacket, cellar cold and the filler. A blending-only site leaves the fermenters off.
- Meat & poultryHall temperature, the chill, and the dock door. A blast freezer is added only when the site freezes.
Manufacturing
Discrete lines and process plants: presses, assembly, chemicals, plastics, paper.
- Automotive assemblyPress and conveyor health, and the paint booth climate when the plant paints.
- Batch chemicalsReactor temperature, the charge tank and the transfer. This logs the batch. It does not replace the safety system.
- ElectronicsReflow temperature, the dry cabinet, and the humidity the placement cell actually needs.
- General processingA first line when the plant does not match a specialist layout: energy and vibration on the main drive, then the probes the survey adds.
- Metal fabricationThe press or spindle, the coolant sump, and the compressor that usually hides the energy.
- PackagingWeb dryer temperature, the main drive, and the humidity that curls board.
- Plastics extrusionMelt temperature and gearbox vibration on the extruder. The resin dryer is included when the plant dries its own material.
- Pulp & paperStock flow, dryer temperature and the chest that feeds the machine.
- TextilesShed humidity, the dye bath when the mill dyes, and the stenter when finishing stays on site.
Cold chain & logistics
Stores, docks and reefers. Temperature and door state travel with the load.
Smart buildings
Rooms, plant and white space. A reading becomes a facility job.
Water
Level, flow and the duty pump. A silent pump is a ticket.
Mining & heavy industry
Crushers, conveyors, batching and site power.
Healthcare & pharma
Mapped rooms and controlled storage. An excursion is a quality hold.
- PharmaceuticalsSuite climate, the controlled store and the 2–8°C hold when the site keeps one. This is a record of the room, not a replacement for a validated building system.
- Medical devicesAssembly humidity, the clean store, and a cold hold only when kits need one.
- Clinical laboratoryThe analytical room and the reagent fridge. A freezer is added only when the lab archives at −20°C.
